Most products available for purchase on this site are for upgrading or modifying your vehicle from standard. Proper installation is the responsibility of the vehicle owner. It is recommended that you use a professional mechanic when installing any new products to your vehicle. Please note all products are in US dollars.
Placing Orders
Orders can be placed online at www.camel4x4.com or by phone at 1-800-698-6976. Feel free to call Camel 4x4 with any questions you have about products, pricing or previously placed orders. Our customer service team is available to assist you Monday through Friday between 9am -5pm EST. Our offices are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
Please have your vehicle information ready when placing your order by phone. Specifically the make, model and year of your vehicle along with any pertinent information regarding modifications previously made or accessories fitted. The more specific the information you provide the better we can help you fit your vehicle with the proper products. Please also have your shipping and billing information handy as well as a daytime phone number where you can be reached.
Order Processing
The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. Camel 4x4 will begin payment processing for orders placed on weekends or holidays on
the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Your order for in-stock items that are eligible for same-day shipping must be received before our local time of 1:00 p.m., pending payment processing, for there to be adequate remaining time in the day for your order to be dispatched.
Payment
Camel 4x4 accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Please enter the information requested exactly as it appears on the credit card. Phone orders can also be paid via Certified Cashiers Check or Money Order. Payments should be written to Camel 4x4 LLC. Please note that orders will not be processed and shipped until the payment has been cleared by the bank.
Shipping Policies
Camel 4x4 offers several shipping options. UPS Ground and 2nd Day is available for most orders received and processed before 1pm EST. All orders received after 1pm EST will be shipped out the following business day. Orders received on weekends will be shipped the following Monday, unless it is a Federal Holiday. Please provide your correct shipping address and zip code for proper delivery and assessment of charges. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Some items may be too large or heavy for shipment via UPS. In this case, shipments will be shipped by truck. Shipping options and costs will be specified during the checkout process. Please note that truck deliveries require customers must be at home at the time of delivery. Please provide a shipping address where someone will be able to accept the delivery between normal business hours (9am-5pm) as well as a phone number to arrange delivery day/time. Customer will be responsible for all expenses that accrue in the event a shipment is returned, refused or no one is available to accept the delivery.
Damages which occur during shipping are the responsibility of the carrier. Claims must be filed by the customer directly with the carrier. Please check the condition of your shipment prior to the driver leaving and have any discrepancies noted and signed on the bill before the package is left. The driver can also assist you in filing a claim if requested. If there is no noticeable damage upon delivery but only after opening the carton please contact the carrier immediately and request instructions to file a claim. For any other problems unrelated to shipping please contact Camel 4x4 directly for assistance. Please report all order discrepancies within 3 business days from receipt of your order.
Product Availability
Camel 4x4 makes every effort to ship your product according to the estimated times
provided at checkout. The estimated times are in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Times quoted on the checkout page are
for orders that are partially shipped, meaning that items ship as soon as they are available. Although Camel 4x4 makes every effort to ship your order according to the time provided,
shipping dates may change due to changes in supply. If the time changes,
Camel 4x4 will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping estimate.
Camel 4x4 makes every effort to supply you with the products you order, but there may
be occasions when Camel 4x4 confirms orders but learns that it cannot supply the
ordered products, either at all or in the quantities ordered. These occasions can include when
Camel 4x4 learns that the products no longer are being manufactured or they otherwise
become unavailable, when Camel 4x4 cannot source products you ordered, or when there was a pricing error at Camel 4x4 when you ordered. In those circumstances, Camel 4x4 will contact you to inform you and, if you are interested, Camel 4x4 may suggest alternative products that might meet your needs. If you do not wish to order alternative products, Camel 4x4 will cancel your order for products it cannot supply and for any other products that you no longer wish to order as a result. Camel 4x4 will refund your purchase price for those products.
Returns
Camel 4x4 accepts returns for up to 60 days after the purchase date if it meets the guidelines listed below. All returns must be called in to receive a Return Authorization number first. Returns will NOT be accepted without the proper authorization number, they will be refused and sent back to the customer. Return authorizations are valid for 30 days. If goods are not received within the 30 day timeframe the RMA# will be canceled and voided and the customer is responsible for obtaining a new valid number before returning products. Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees including insurance. Return Guidelines:
- Must be in new and resale condition.
- Must not have been installed.
- Refund given on the purchase price minus a 10% restocking and handling fee.
- No refunds will be given on freight, shipping or handling charges.
- You must have an RMA# in order to return items to Camel 4x4.
Product Warranty
Camel 4x4 honors all manufacturer's warranties. Items can be returned to Camel 4x4 for repair or replacement. Customers must obtain a Return Authorization number prior to returning any merchandise. Please call 1-800-698-6976 prior to your return.
FAQ's
How is sales tax calculated for my order?
If you live outside of New Jersey, you will not be charged any sales tax. For residents of
New Jersey, 7.00% sales tax will be added at the time of checkout.
How will I know that my order was accepted?
You will receive a confirmation that your order has been processed when all credit card information has been approved.
